It's that time of year! The Essex Middle School 8th Grade is beginning to think about their trip to Washington. Planning for the trip has already been happening for nearly 5 months, and we have a lot in store for the remainder of the year.
We decided to start this blog so that our students can share what they are doing on the trip with their parents while we are on the trip. While we are gone, we are going to try and upload a new entry every night with pictures of places we've gone and of things that we've seen. Surely, it will be an exciting experience.

I can't wait until the D.C. trip this spring. This year's 8th graders are terrific and I know we'll have a blast! I hope to see everyone at the first information meeting on Monday night.
